Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Claude 4 World, operated by Creative Nexus India ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website located at claude4.world (the "Site") and all related services, features, and content made available through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Use of the Platform

Claude 4 World is a curated directory of resources related to Anthropic's Claude Code ecosystem. The Site provides links to, descriptions of, and categorizations of third-party tools, prompts, plugins, MCP servers, workflows, and other developer resources. The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Site for the following purposes:

• Browsing, searching, and discovering Claude Code ecosystem resources
• Accessing linked third-party repositories and tools
• Submitting resources for potential inclusion in the directory
• Sharing links to the Site or specific resource pages
• Using the Site's search and filtering functionality to find relevant tools

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Site in bulk without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site's systems, servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or spam resource listings
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site's original content without attribution

User Submissions

Claude 4 World allows users to submit resources for potential inclusion in the directory. By submitting a resource, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading
• You have the right to share the resource information (e.g., it is publicly available)
• The resource does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• The resource does not contain malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• The submission does not violate any applicable law or regulation

By submitting a resource, you grant Claude 4 World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the submission information (such as the resource name, URL, description, and category) as part of the directory. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion without notice.

Submissions undergo our verification process before being published. We do not guarantee that any submitted resource will be included in the directory, nor do we provide a timeline for review and approval.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content (excluding user-submitted information and third-party resources), features, and functionality are owned by Creative Nexus India and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Claude 4 World name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Creative Nexus India. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable trademark law (e.g., nominative fair use).

The original resource descriptions, categorizations, and editorial content on the Site are authored by our team and are protected by copyright. The underlying code of the Site is open source under the MIT License, as indicated in our GitHub repository.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

Resources listed in the directory are owned by their respective creators and are subject to their own licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, GPL). Claude 4 World does not claim ownership of any third-party resource. Our listing of a resource is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with the resource creator.

Third-Party Links and Resources Disclaimer

Claude 4 World is fundamentally a directory that links to third-party websites, repositories, and resources. We make every effort to verify that linked resources are functional, well-maintained, and useful. However, we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, quality, safety, legality, or availability of any third-party resource listed on the Site.

Third-party resources may change, become unavailable, or introduce breaking changes without notice. The inclusion of a link in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty regarding the linked resource. You access third-party resources entirely at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, security vulnerability, or other harm that may result from your use of third-party resources discovered through the Site. You should always review the documentation, license, and security practices of any third-party tool before installing or using it in your development environment.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including resource descriptions, ratings, and categorizations.

We do not warrant that any third-party resources linked from the Site will function as described, be compatible with your development environment, or meet your specific requirements. Any reliance on resources discovered through the Site is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAUDE 4 WORLD, CREATIVE NEXUS INDIA, OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party linked from the Site
• Any content obtained from third-party resources discovered through the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through third-party resources
• Any errors or omissions in the Site's content or resource listings

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00). This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claude 4 World, Creative Nexus India, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any submission you make to the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.
